Private Personal Training
Training sessions last 45 minutes and are designed to address your strength, flexibility, body awareness, and cardiovascular needs with no wasted time. You’ll be amazed at not just how great you look and feel, but the incredible things that you can do when you begin to master your own body – regardless of your starting point.
Session Pricing (45min):
Single Session: $110
Reduced rates for month-to-month billing:
4x / week: $1275
3x / week: $975
2x / week: $675
1x / week: $375
*Rates are discounted in part to adjust for missed / canceled sessions, but you can still make up sessions within 1 week of missing.
To train with a friend or family member, simply add 25% to the single person rates.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Just like 1 on 1 personal training except that I reserve certain times when more than one client can train at the same time. I’ll still guide your entire workout and give you plenty of direct attention.
As of now, SPT sessions average 2-3 clients at a time and I only accept new SPT clients if I can offer enough times to keep the groups small. You’ll also be amazed at some of the “aha” moments you have from training with other people and seeing adjustments and corrections from a different perspective.
Flat monthly rate:
Unlimited Sessions: $495 / month
*New clients must complete 1 month of private training before beginning semi-private training. This way the extra attention given to a new client won’t come at the expense of other semi-private training clients.
