Private Personal Training
Training sessions last 45 minutes and are designed to address your strength, flexibility, body awareness, and cardiovascular needs with no wasted time. You’ll be amazed at not just how great you look and feel, but the incredible things that you can do when you begin to master your own body – regardless of your starting point.
1-Month JumpStart Package (new clients only)
3 sessions per week for 1 month
Price: $595 (~ $46 / session)
Session Pricing (45min):
Single Session: $110
Rates for monthly or bi-weekly billing:
3-5x / week: $75 / session
2x / week: $80 / session
1x / week: $90 / session
*Rates are discounted in part to adjust for missed / canceled sessions, but you can still make up sessions within 1 week of missing.
**For those training less than 3x / week, I will give you “homework” to do between sessions at no extra cost (and for those training 3x or more per week who want to do extra).

3-5x / week: $90 / session
2x / week: $100 / session
1x / week: $110 / session
*Above rates are the combined total for 1 on 2 training, not the price for each trainee
Semi-Private Personal Training
Just like 1 on 1 personal training except that I reserve certain times when more than one client can train at the same time. I’ll still guide your entire workout and give you plenty of direct attention – as of now, SPT sessions average 2-3 clients at a time and I only accept new SPT clients if I can offer enough times to keep the groups small. You’ll also be amazed at some of the “aha” moments you have from training with other people and seeing adjustments and corrections from a different perspective.
Flat monthly rates:
Unlimited Sessions: $495 / month
Unlimited + 1 private training session per week: $730 / month
*New clients must complete 1 month of 2-3x / week private training before beginning semi-private training. I don’t want the extra attention given to a new client to come at the expense of other semi-private training clients.
